Arai GP Jet 3 OPEN FACE Helmet: Ideal for use during track days, motorsports, rally, rallycross, coaching, etc. Communication system integration is optional, depending on the type of radio system.

The open helmet for touring with M6 studs equipped with a CLC (complex laminate Construction) outer shell with the Hyper Ridge reinforcement at the bottom for high rigidity. This helmet features a removable Nomex interior and cheek pieces. Snell/FIA approval 8858 SA2020.

There is no difference between the daily customer and the supported pilots at Arai, the helmets for F1, Nascar, Karting, MotoGP, ... are simply taken out of production to customize the desings to the respective pilots.

Production

Arai holds on to the bike: "Smooth shape for better protection"
This means that they produce each helmet with as round an outer shell as possible.
The beautiful round shape of Arai is made to "slide" on contact with the asphalt without creating unnecessary revolutions.

At Arai, 99% of the work—from the initial stages to the finished product—is done by hand by highly skilled workers.
The outer shell of this exceptional product is crafted from 27 individual components.
By positioning these individual components at key points in the helmet shell, the quality and strength of this helmet are ensured.
Each shell consists of a polyester composite that is 3 mm thick across the entire helmet.

The quality is one of the priming factors within the company and so every helmet shell is checked and in case of more than 2 faults they are destroyed.
Each step taken on the helmet is signed by the worker who took the work for him/herself, in this way the workers check each other's work.
