Alpinestars AK-1 Rib Protector YOUTH
AK-1 Kart Body Protector is a high-quality and race-oriented FIA STANDARD 8870-2018 homologated karting body protector. Ergonomically designed and constructed with weight-saving materials to ensure an excellent fit. Super easy to wear and put on or take off thanks to the clever use of a quick lacing system and dual adjustable elastic shoulder straps. The AK-1 Kart Body Protector provides superior protection while being super light and comfortable to wear.
Surrounded by padding of soft-touch comfort. Pre-curved for a custom fit, they offer an extra layer of protection without sacrificing agility on the track. The back protector reflects the design of high performance thermoplastic polymer, strategically supported with thermoformed padding. Designed to minimize the distance between seat and back, it guarantees a streamlined racing experience.
