From idea to unique artwork
Based on your ideas and preferences, we first create a digital design. Once you are satisfied and approve the design, we start the airbrush process. This process results in a unique, professionally airbrushed helmet design that perfectly matches your style and personality.

What determines the price of your helmet design?
The cost depends on several factors, including:

• Number of colors and shapes
• Complexity of design or image
• Types of lacquer (gloss, matte, metallic, pearl, glitter, pastel, fluorescent colors, etc.).
• Addition of chrome (additional cost: €600 incl. VAT - helmet shell remains intact, factory warranty retained)
• Additional accessories (spoilers, rubbers, etc.).
• Adding logos, text or caricatures

The creation process
1. Graphic design
We create a custom digital helmet design. To properly capture your style, we recommend keeping examples of helmets you like in terms of color or effect handy. This helps us put together a design that perfectly fits your taste and personality.

2. Airbrush / Spray process
After approval of the design, we start the real work. The airbrush process consists of:

• Sanding
• Masking
• airbrush
• Adding effects, logos, cartoon or cartoon characters
• Finish with scratch-resistant gloss or matte lacquer layer

We work exclusively with high-quality products that ensure the safety of your helmet. Your helmet will keep its approval and get a premium look that will last for years.

Important: We also take weight into account. In motorsport and karting , every gram counts - our method minimizes weight gain.

Delivery time
The average lead time is 6 to 8 weeks from approval of the digital design. This may vary depending on the complexity of the design and printing.
