During official races, it is mandatory for pilots to wear fire-resistant clothing, including long Nomex pants under overalls. Cotton clothing, including boxer shorts, is not allowed due to the increased risk in case of fire. Many pilots therefore choose to step into their racing clothes without underpants. For added comfort and safety, the Alpinestars Tech ZX Boxer provides the perfect solution.
