Tillett TB1 Aluminium Undercarriage for B1, B2 or B4

Tillett TB1 Aluminium frame for B1, B2 or B4.TB1 aluminium side mounting brackets are 5 mm thick and fit the B1, B2 or B4 car seats in race and trackday, allowing the seats to be tilted, raised and lowered. TB1 brackets can be used with TR1seat adjustment guides, however, it is not recommended to use a seat adjustment on a race or trackday as these are for road use only.

The Ribtec range of ribbed protectors came out of this development program for racing services. When the Tillett ribbed protector was released in 1996, there was nothing available on the market yet. Ribtec's harder outer shell and extended soft foam rim have changed the design of this product worldwide, now all effective rib guards are rooted in the original Tillett product. 1996 saw innovations in the RTM process to significantly speed up production and improve product quality. In 2000, a cutting robot was acquired to further mechanize the process, speed up production and increase the accuracy of the finished parts. A constant search for perfection in composites remains to this day, with the latest developments creating laminates at a different level of quality, not only in the racing world, but in the composites industry as a whole.
