ZAMP FIA Z20 Visor Prism Purple

The visors of the Zamp Z-20 series are designed to fit all helmets of the Zamp RZ series. The Zamp Z-20 visors are 3mm thick. All Z-20 visors also come with an anti-fog coating.

ZAMP FIA Z20 Visor Prism Purple Replacement:

NOTE: It is important NOT to use power tools or overtighten the screws when replacing the visors.

• Step 1: Lay a towel on a flat surface and place the helmet on it.
• Step 2: Remove the pivot screws from each side of the shield. These are the smaller screws on the sides of the visor.
• Step 3: Remove the pivot screws on both sides of the visor. This is the larger screw on the side of the shield. For best results, we recommend using a quarter to loosen/tighten these.
• Step 4: Remove the visor. For best results, use a cloth to wipe the rubber seal and the area where the visor attaches to the helmet.
• Step 5: Fit the new visor to the helmet. There are two white washers that go between the visor and the helmet, make sure they are in place before reattaching the visor.
• Step 6: Screw the pivots (larger screw) into the visor by hand to hold the visor in place. Once they are hand-tightened, use a coin and tighten them until they fit snugly on the helmet shell. Do not over-tighten!
• Step 7: Tighten the shield's tensioning screws by hand and tighten them to the desired tension for the visor's movement.
