Protecting your hands from the cold and rain is of course nice and comfortable, but there is a safety aspect. So a winter glove during karting is a must.

Strongly recommended to wear a rain coverall and rain shoes during rainy weather. A water repellent rain coverall stops the rain, but in extreme rain the water can still seep in and so you still get wet. With a waterproof rain coverall the seams are also taped to keep you completely dry.
