How to use?

• Fill the reservoir of this Cool Vest with 0.5 litres of water.
• Spread the COLD water over the entire surface of the CoolingVest.
• Tip: If for some reason you don't have 100% cold water at hand, just put the Alpinestars Cool vest in the fridge.
• Wear the Alpinestars Cool Vest over your race overalls before the start of the race or if you have to wait a long time over your t-shirt before wearing your overalls.
• Caution: do not cause a cold shock to your body, i.e. avoid extreme temperature changes.
